I think this is a pretty neat pic.

We decide we would try growing some tomatoes this year. It has been a couple weeks and they haven’t died yet so we are off to a good start.

I tried using some dramatic lighting to make this caboose interesting. What do you think?

I am a big fan of mac & cheese, but a couple years ago the other people in my house decided that they didn’t want to eat anything wasn’t a plant. That means they won’t eat cheese…not a big deal except I am not a big fan of leftover mac & cheese. So not wanting to waste food I haven’t been eating a lot of cheesy noodle goodness. I tried the Easy Mac single serve things, but there is something off about them. I can’t put my finger on it but the easy cheesy is not so please-y. Anyway a couple weeks ago I found a solution to my woes…
