This bike is sitting on the Maharajah Jungle Trek in Animal Kingdom. I have walked by it at least several dozen times, and every time I try to figure an interesting way to shoot it. Maybe this one works…

Today I downloaded a new “lens” for my iPhone called “plastic”, I figured something plastic was the perfect subject to test it out…

The other night my wife went to a Sake tasting, and brought home some of the empty bottles. She wanted to see if my daughter, who is learning Japanese, could read the bottles. She could read most of the “normal” writing, but only a few of the kanji.

Last year we picked up a key lime tree and it did pretty good considering that we just stuck it in a pot and pretty much ignored it. So we figured we would try again with a lemon. When we got to the store the only lemon trees they had were variegated. We figured that it just meant the leaves, but when the fruits started to develop we got a surprise…

Next weekend is the grand opening of Universal’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter. This weekend was the soft opening so I went over today to get a peak. I took a ton of pictures, but I think this one is a pretty good summary…people, pumpkin juice, and the butterbeer cart.

I could do without the big banana slivers, but otherwise it is pretty good.
